Telltale, operated by Telltale AI Ltd. Co., is a software-as-a-service application. We do not sell or ship physical products. There is no shipping, delivery, fulfillment, or handling involved, and no shipping charges apply to any purchase.

How you receive the service

Telltale is delivered entirely electronically. Once you install the app from the Shopify App Store (or subscribe through our website) and your subscription is active, access is provisioned to your account immediately — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for in the mail.

Billing and refunds

Subscription and performance fees are described in our Refund Policy, which also explains our Positive-ROI Guarantee on performance fees.
