WooCommerce + Telltale
Connect your WooCommerce store and Telltale reads your order history the same way it does on Shopify — every order, every refund, every cancellation — then finds the customers quietly on their way out and writes the campaigns to bring them back.
What Telltale reads
- Every order, with line items, discounts and coupon codes
- The full order lifecycle — cancellations, refunds and fulfilment, including orders that were never paid
- Your product catalogue
- Your coupon catalogue, so offers come from codes you already run
- Native WooCommerce product reviews, matched to the customer who left them
What it changes
Order history alone is enough for Telltale's AI analytics to learn how your customers buy — how often, in what order, and what a normal gap looks like for each person rather than one blanket rule for your whole list. That is what lets it flag someone as slipping while there is still time to act.
Reviews are the signal WooCommerce has that many platforms don't. A two-star review on a product someone reorders every month is an early warning, and Telltale ties it to that customer rather than leaving it as a number on a product page.
Campaigns it powers
All thirteen, but especially Time to Reorder, Win-Back, Early Lapse Reminder and Cross-Sell — each timed to the individual customer's own rhythm, with offers drawn from your own coupon library.
Setting it up
In WooCommerce, go to Settings → Advanced → REST API, add a key named "Telltale" with Read permission, and paste your store URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret into Telltale's integrations page. Telltale syncs your history and returns your first report. Read-only — nothing is written back to your store.
