Judge.me + Telltale

A bad review is a customer telling you they are leaving, in writing, before they actually go. Connecting Judge.me means Telltale is reading them.

What Telltale reads

  • Reviews per customer, with rating and date
  • Review text and its sentiment
  • Which product each review is about

What it changes

Two things. Per customer, a low rating is an early, explicit churn signal — and it changes the message that customer should get.

Per product, review data joins to your catalogue so Telltale's analytics can show which products are quietly costing you repeat customers. That is a merchandising decision, not just a retention one, and it is one of the more valuable things the connection surfaces.

Campaigns it powers

Feeds risk scoring across all plays, drives the apology-led Win-Back variant, and keeps Cross-Sell from recommending a product your own reviewers dislike.
