Google Ads + Telltale

Connect Google Ads and the audiences Telltale builds — customers slipping away, customers worth more than they look, customers ready for their next product — become Customer Match lists you can target across Search, YouTube and Display. You run the campaigns; Telltale keeps the list current.

What Telltale sends

  • Any segment from Audience Builder, pushed to Google as a Customer Match audience
  • Refreshed as customers move in and out of the segment, so the list never goes stale
  • Hashed before upload — Google receives matches, never a plain-text customer list

What it changes

Most retargeting starts from site visitors. Telltale starts from what a customer's own buying history says — a slowing reorder rhythm, a paused subscription, a bad delivery — so the audience you pay to reach is the one that is actually at risk, or actually about to grow.

One honest note: customers Telltale holds back as a control group are excluded from every audience push. That is what lets it prove what it recovered instead of guessing.

Campaigns it powers

Win-Back, Early Lapse Reminder, Cross-Sell and VIP audiences as paid retargeting alongside the email and SMS Telltale already sends — same customers, one more channel.
